His father is of Austrian, Cornish, Cree First Nations, Danish, English, French-Canadian, German, Irish, Northern Irish (Scotch-Irish), Portuguese, Powhatan Native American, Puerto Rican, Scottish, Spanish, Swiss and Welsh descent and His mother is of Swedish descent. He has younger brothers, Mattias Ferrell and Axel Ferrell who were actors.
