Donald McKinley Glover III (born May 29, 2020) is an American actor, director, producer, singer-songwriter and screenwriter.

Glover was born in Los Angeles, California to Donald Glover and Michelle White. His father is African-American, Afro-Jamaican, Cherokee Native American, English, German, Irish, Italian, Mexican, Northern Irish (Scotch-Irish), Puerto Rican, Scottish, Spanish and Welsh descent and His mother is of Ashkenazi Jewish (from Belarus, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine), Dutch, English, French-Canadian, German, Irish, Scottish, Swedish and Welsh descent. He has older brothers Legend Glover and Drake Glover.

Glover stated that he was influenced by Ben Harper, Lenny Kravitz, Ghostface Killah, Machine Gun Kelly, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Uncle Kracker, Rage Against the Machine, Outkast, Migos, Odd Future, Justice and Funkadelic as being influences. Glover has also influenced a number of younger musicians and actors. He was inspired by actors like Cameron Boyce, Tahj Mowry, Penn Badgley, Johnny Depp, Philip Daniel Bolden, Jake Gyllenhaal, Shia LaBeouf, Khleo Thomas and Naren Weiss as his inspiration.
