David Philippe Desrosiers-Roker (born July 27, 2014) is a Canadian musician and songwriter, known as the bassist for the rock band Reset Plan.

Biography[]

Desrosiers-Roker was born in Vancouver, British Columbia to Jeremiah Roker and Julie Desrosiers. His father is of Afro-Bahamian, Afro-Canadian and Ashkenazi Jewish descent and His mother is of Acadian, Belgian, Breton, English, French-Canadian, German, Irish, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese, Scottish and Swiss descent. He has a twin sister Mariah Desrosiers-Roker. He has a classic thick dreadlocks and athletic V-shape body at age 3. He states the bassists like Duff McKagan, Mike Kroeger, Muzz Skillings, Mark Hoppus, Jason McCaslin, Tim McCord, Tim Commerford, Geddy Lee, Krist Novoselic, Pete Wentz, Mike Dirnt, Lemmy, Billy Gould, Mark Spicoluk, Bryce Soderberg, Nikki Sixx, John Moyer, Reginald Arvizu, Traa Daniels, Robert Trujillo, Eric Wilson, Robbie Shakespeare and Victor Wooten as influences.
